Problem
The marketplace platform was facing issues around having three completely different systems handling the customer side, the spa side and the platform (provider) side. They wanted to unify all those three apps into one unified app and enable SSO.
Our Solution
We re-wrote their entire platform into one unified single app which enables all three sides of the platform, i.e. the customer, the spa owner and the platform provider to use the same system. We also provided the SSO required to keep compatibility with the old system while we phased it out.
Results
All the previously faced problems with logging in into multiple systems, having fragmented and duplicate data around to maintain sanity, etc. were removed. They were able to focus more on growing the business instead of solving technical issues.
